thts actually mi h2 scores
haiz...
god knows if i can actually make it into any university at all
even then,
school fees are... haiz...
my family isn't really rich...
its just that in appearances
it seems tht way at times...
guess i'm going to be taking up giving tuition
as a part time job to lessen the burden on my family
regarding my uni fees, if i get in tht is
attended e SMU open house today
was a bit confused and maybe seemed a bit emo or stuffs
especially since i went alone
but overall, i managed to get e info i wanted
and as i thought
FASS is REALLY interesting
i mean, simply the talk alone kept me alert
for e full half hour plus
despite not having much slp e night before
and i was close to dozing off during e admissions talk too
i REALLY REALLY want to get in
but the function room was like
FILLED TO THE BRIM
i was shocked, to say the least...
and that was only the second talk by FASS
for the day...
if every one was or will be like this,
i seriously doubt my chances at entering...
i estimate at least 100 students at that one single talk
which means given 5 talks today
and the 5 tomorrow?
there should be around 900+ i guess
all vying for the 150+ places available
how hopeless for me
guess that leaves me with no choice
but to head for the Ba/BSc (education)?
it really seems like a steal deal
but according to "some people"
quote: Teaching is a degrading job
whatever...
I guess from the societal standpoint,
a job in the education sector is losing its air
of professionalism?
Perhaps one too many undergraduate
has taken on the job of teaching,
making it seem like an easy and stable job
rather than a rewarding and actually challenging one
but i think most who actually try the job
will aggressively disagree with these "people"
i hope so, that is...
so anyway... i'll still be heading down to the NUS open house
anyone interested in going together this time?
